Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders over €250
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on the destination country
- We ship across the European Union and worldwide
Order Processing Time
- Each order is individually crafted within 3–5 business days in accordance with our high quality standards
- Orders placed during weekends are moved into production on the next business day
- During seasonal sales or new collection launches, production times may be extended due to increased order volumes

Delivery & Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details
- Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days depending on the destination country
- We partner with reliable international couriers to ensure secure delivery. Specific courier information will be available via your tracking link
- Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. YasMiniBloom cannot be held responsible for undelivered shipments due to incorrect delivery details
- We ship to residential and business addresses. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes
Important Notes
- Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled, as all items are made to order.
- Due to our production and dispatch procedures, separate orders cannot be consolidated into a single shipment.
- All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- Customs duties and import taxes may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are outside of our control and remain the responsibility of the buyer.
- Parcels refused at customs will not be eligible for a refund.
- YasMiniBloom accepts no liability for customs-related charges or delays.
- Delivery times are estimates only. YasMiniBloom is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- If a parcel is returned due to refusal to pay duties, an incorrect shipping address, or failure to collect the shipment, a refund will be issued for the order amount minus €50 to cover processing and freight costs.
